Thomas J. Knight, born in Marion, Indiana on October 2, 1954; admitted
to practice law in the State of Indiana (1980) and U.S. District Court, Southern
and Northern Districts of Indiana. His education includes: Ball State University
(B.S., 1977) and Indiana University (J.D., 1980). Mr. Knight is a member of
the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives and the
Allen County, Indiana Bar Association and its section on Social Security Disability
law. He has practiced Administrative Law since 1981 and while involved with
the collections portion of the practice, devotes the majority of his efforts
to representing Social Security Disability claimants.
Johanna J. Campbell, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 6, 1970;
admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana (2004) and U.S. District Court,
Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Her education includes: Ivy Tech
Community College (A.S., 1999), Concordia University (B.A., 2001) and Thomas
M. Cooley Law School (J.D., 2004). Ms. Campbell is an Adjunct Instructor in
the Paralegal program at Ivy Tech. She was named the recipient of the 2005 Ivy
Tech Distinguished Alumni award. Member: Allen County and Indiana

Angela B. Rose, Office Manager. Ms. Rose has been employed by R. Scott
Perry since 1988 and has a Degree in Administrative Secretarial and Computer
Sciences from Indiana Vocational Technical College. Ms. Rose oversees all aspects
of the office, provides help on various accounts, reporting and client contact.
